Sigma Industries Ltd was reformed after changing its name from Uni-chains UK Ltd, establishing itself as its own engineering company in 1981.
​
We manufacture quality components, deliver on time and at competitive prices. We're a friendly, family run business.

We manufacture in house in Redditch (South Birmingham), including our own modular belts which are moulded locally and assembled on site.

Our product knowledge and application experience enables Sigma Industries to be a very strong supportive partner.

With Sigma you are getting over 45 years of experience. Established in 1981, we've been supplying the Food and Drink Industry ever since.

We are a family business, guaranteeing you will get a friendly and professional service with very competitive pricing.

We understand the criticality of breakdowns and getting replacement parts to site as quickly as possible is a top priority for us.
​
On site we have 3 x suction bed CNCs, CNC millers, lathes, a profiling section, gear cutting facilities and Modular belt building as well as our CAD office for programming and protoype development.
​
Our temperature controlled inspection room ensures parts checked before they go out are to drawing.
​
Based in Birmingham, nowhere in the UK is too far to visit. We're very happy to come to site to discuss any requirements you may have.

OUR TEAM
Jon Anson established Sigma Industries in 1981 and to this day remains as a key Operational figure.
​
His son Nick Anson, joined in 2016 and has since taken over the reigns as the CEO driving the Company forward while carrying the same values that have kept Sigma delivering excellence for over 45 years.

QUALITY CONTROL
Each job travels through the factory accompanied with a worksheet. As each stage of production is complete, the Engineer responsible checks the job and Quality stamps the worksheet.

At the end of each jobs journey the parts are stored in a temperature controlled Inspection Room, where they have final inspection prior to despatch.

We are available 7 days a week and can be on site same/ next day depending on location.
We understand there may be some issues, but we guarantee we will make sure they are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
